◾️Purchase process
Order → Payment confirmation → Order confirmation → Shipment → Product arrival

*Due to the fact that our warehouses are located overseas, it may take some time for out-of-stock information to be reflected. If the out-of-stock status of a product is reflected after your order, the product will be canceled and a refund processed when the order is confirmed.
*After receiving the product, please make sure to check within 5 days to make sure it is correct and that there are no defects . Returns after that will not be accepted.

◾️About Shipping After payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 3-10 business days. It will take about 5-14 days for your order to arrive.

*During peak times, it may take longer. Please contact us for more information.
*If the parcel is returned to the sender due to the customer's absence for an extended period of time, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

◾️Shipping costs
Nationwide flat rate of 800 yen (free for purchases of 10,000 yen or more)

*The price may be lower than the above price if coupons or campaigns are applied.

◾️About couponsWhen applying a coupon, please make sure that you have applied the coupon (by using the dedicated URL or entering the coupon code) before proceeding to the payment process. Please be careful, as there have been many cases of people forgetting to apply coupons when using Apple Pay or Google Pay.


◾️ Regarding returns If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item or contact us via our official Instagram.

However, the following cases are excluded:
・If the tag or other accessories have been removed or are missing ・If the item has been used even once ・If we have not been able to contact you for more than 5 days after our reply (including if you provided an incorrect email address)
・If the product or accessories are damaged or soiled after arrival (including odor or wear and tear)
・For customer reasons (including differences in image or size)
・If the reason is slight errors, wrinkles, fraying, or dirt. ・If the reason is defective packaging.

If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, we will return it to you for a refund or exchange (except in cases where the product is out of stock).
